Reservation Procedures
Step One
Identify the tour and departure date and then contact us
for availability.
If space is available, you'll move on to Step Two.
Step Two
Fill out the online reservation form. While completing
the form, you will be asked for a Visa or MasterCard number and
a copy of your passport page that bears your photograph. The
deposit to be billed to your credit card is $300 per person. If
you are signing up within 70 days of departure date, you will be
required to pay the full amount immediately.
Step Three
If your form is submitted during our office hours, we will
review it and confirm with you within 30 minutes. Otherwise,
we'll do it first thing the next business day. The invoice and
other documents will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours on
receipt of your completed form.
