Qualifications Required
Minimum five-year travel retail experience with strong command
of Galileo or Sabre reservation system. Other key requirements include
warm and pleasant personality, superior English, university degree, loads
of common sense, and intimate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe
Acrobat, and the latest version of Internet Explorer. Skillful use of an
image editing program such as Photoshop CS is also needed.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing phone and e-mail inquiries
• Providing day-to-day support to managers and other staff when
required
• Running errands such as delivering visa applications to Chinese
consulate
• Assisting senior sales staff with market research and proposal drafting
• Coordinating with China office when required
• Performing other duties generally associated with the position of
administrative assistant
Qualifications Required
Five-year office administration experience with superior
command of English. Also mandatory are outstanding phone manners, college
education, cheerful personality, attention to details, and loads of common
sense. We pay extra for bookkeeping skills.

Webmaster
- Part-time, may lead to
permanent full-time

Responsibilities:
• Day-to-day maintenance of web content
• Front-end design work and some back-end programming
• Build/Mock-up HTML web pages
• Collaborate with content copywriters to create optimized content for SEO
purposes
• Design, develop, and test micro-sites
• Web production and occasional print production
Qualifications:
• Experience with web design and development
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
• Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility
• Customer-focused orientation
• Self-starter with the ability to work both independently and as a member
of a team
• Organized and detail oriented
• Proficient in Web and Graphic tools – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop,
Acrobat and Macromedia Flash
• Ability and willingness to assist other functional areas of the company
• Fluency in Chinese a plus
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
